The McDonald's app worked correctly at this restaurant, allowing me to purchase meals for 4 friends separately with my employee discount. I did buy myself a White Coffee that counted towards my buy 5 get 1 free offer for McCafe items; the coffee was definitely at a hot temperature and my friends found their meal deals delicious! The restaurant staff served the orders speedily and cleanliness was maintained throughout the area, in which we sat at a window side table that gave us a large view of the concourse.

Really really busy area at times the staff are run off there feet but the customers are really rude or just selfish especially when trying to order from the self service they just stand in front so you can’t order but that’s society these days but the food was spot on the service was really good there was an old gentleman cleaning up who was super helpful n polite keep up the good work

If I could give lower than one star I would. They wait for a good hour knowing your train is coming before even deciding to start making your food then refuse to give you your money back.

Of all the Leeds McDonalds in Leeds it turns out the best tasting and looking food.The service like all these places is pretty efficient, but it can be quite chaotic.It's a station at the end of the day and the inside it is rammed most of the time. Also gets very hot as there seems to be zero ventilation in there.

Several times I have had incredibly slow service for what should be a high trafficked stores. Many times key items such as soft drinks unavailable during peak times periods. Dips are also often forgotten

Dropping marks on atmosphere down to the customers not the staff. Busy little spot and unlike most McDonald's these days is not over run with deliveroo and uber mcdeliverys wait times are minimal and service always good

Not the place to sit down unless you're desperate but service is very quick and most items are in stock so perfect as a take out.
