Chris and the KTF team were brilliant throughout the process. Chris took the time to come to see us on several occassions to discuss, advise, and tweak the plan. This resulted in a kitchen which was exactly what we were looking for at a really good price.We had our own fitter who commented on the quality of the units saying its one of the best quality they had fitted. 100% recommend KTF.

Great design experience, we had a kitchen fitted and dining room refurbished at the same time. The KTF kitchen design was very well done and got in all the appliances we needed. The fitting by Dan Jones was superb and ran like clockwork, with great communication throughout. The few small snags that cropped up along the way (more complex building work etc) were dealt with by him and his team and KTF with no fuss.

I can’t recommend KTF highly enough. I already had my kitchen plan and knew exactly what I wanted to achieve. They couldn’t have been more helpful in turning into a reality, happily changing cupboard sizes, appliances and producing a new plan and quote as often as I needed. They suggested the plan for the utility room which has worked perfectly in the small space. The quality of the products and manufacture is excellent. Alex, Ash and everyone I encountered at Ktf couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and polite. Even though they didn’t fit the kitchen for me, they were there every time they were needed with advice, quick supply or replacement of parts when the builder's fitter struggled or other trades damaged some units. To top it off, their quote was thousands of pounds under all the other quotes I obtained.Says it all that a neighbour has just had their KTF kitchen fitted after hearing our experience and is delighted.

We had a full new open plan kitchen and utility room and a unit for our media wall supplied by KTF. They made revisions to our design a number of times and were very patient despite us changing our minds multiple times. They even allowed us to change the sink colour and bowl size on fitting day and were very accommodating at all times.The design they came up with works well for what we need in our space and the quality of the units and products is very good. We also chose Bosch series 8 appliances and a Quooker tap which we are very happy with. If your budget allows for these features then I would say go for it as they are worth the extra upgrade fee from lower models.On the whole we are very happy with KTF and our new kitchen and I’d not hesitate to recommend them.

We recently had a new kitchen installed by KTF Interiors in Fenton. Having had two kitchens in this house previously, I was not looking forward to the experience. However, we have been really pleased with the outcome.Kieran, our designer listened very carefully to what was important to us and suggested ideas when needed. He has the patience of a saint, as we changed our minds constantly and he altered the design accordingly many times.The guys who delivered the kitchen in the heatwave of the summer, never complained about the many steps and slope to the house and the fitter (Dan Jones?) and his team were very hard working and cheerful. The units are well made and substantial.I’m not going to say that things didn’t go wrong on such a large project, they did, but were easily and speedily rectified. We had no problems with communication. Emails and phone calls were soon answered.All in all, we love our kitchen and have recommended this company to others. Many thanks, Jan and Garry

KTF supplied and fitted our kitchen and utility as well as flooring throughout a kitchen-diner extension and we would highly recommend them. From design ideas through supply and fitting they’ve been accommodating, helpful, honest and have provided a great service. The equipment they supplied is of a high standard and after 3 years of very hard use nothing is showing any real signs of wear. Their initial guidance has proved invaluable in helping us design the space for how we like to use it which is a great asset given that they started from just an architect’s drawings. They even built kitchen cupboards to look like panels to help follow the irregular ceiling line. Absolutely would recommend.

Amazing!! I couldn’t ask for better quality or service. Ash was great from start to finish. I had a supply only kitchen and utility(fitted it myself). From the start I received a quote directly off my plan within the same day. Nothing was too much trouble even requests for bespoke size units. Delivery was just as efficient with everything very well packaged for protection. Excellent knowledge of the product offerings help with fitting and lighting solutions. Overall I could not ask for better service and quality. Would definitely recommend as the price was also competitive to other local companies.

KTF were brilliant from start to finish! Chris had excellent customer service and put up with our indecisiveness within our initial design appointment and follow-up appointments, advising us along the way. The final price we were quoted was reasonable for what we wanted and the space, especially compared to other providers. We loved the final design and were confident it would turn out great. The supply and fit was a seamless process, we had no issues and the quality of the end product is a credit to KTF and our fitter Gaz McNicol. I would highly recommend requesting GAz to fit your kitchen as the level of quality and efficiency he displayed was brilliant!

KTF did an amazing job of the design, supply and install of our kitchen and flooring.From the initial meeting with Kez who translated our requirements into a working design, Sean and his team for the building works/installation and to the after sales support from Ash has all been first class.I would definitely recommend KTF if you are looking for quality, competitive prices and excellent customer service.We have since returned to KTF for them to design, supply and install our utility room - again they were first class!
