Glevum Windows Doors and Conservatories

Glevum has just installed our new front door. Excellent service from first contact to the final installation. These guys are a refreshing change, they kept their appointments times, gave us an installation date and stuck to it. The installation team were really efficient and friendly. We are very happy with the windows and doors and glad we chose to use Glevum. Would not hesitate to recommend. They were polite, friendly and helpful throughout the process and the new windows and doors have made a big difference to light, warmth and noise levels in our home. They look good too! They were also the cheapest quote we got and we particularly appreciated the non pushy sales approach, there was no hard sell or pressure sales tactics which we experienced with other companies.

Superb customer service. I phoned to request an adjustment & repair to our front door. Paul was very efficient in arranging a fitter to come & sort out the issues. Mark arrived the very next morning, solved the problems and completed the tasks to a high standard. Very pleased with the after-sales service & can thoroughly recommend Glevum.

I am very pleased with my windows which were replaced by Glevum.The work was carried out in a friendly and efficient manner. The quality is good and the finished result looks good.

Avoid this company. We have a whole house full of Gleavum windows and doors, and a great number of problems. Some have been sorted but more keep arising. Recently blown window panes, apparently they’ll replace them under the warranty but you pay for fitting, several hundred pounds! Further, the customer care team are incredibly rude, obstructive, and seem to play the part of a revenue protection team more than anything else. In short, find somewhere else to get windows from, these guys do not care about you.Update: There are two businesses sharing a domain, name, and vans. The company I’m referring to fitted windows in my new build house, I have uploaded some photos of the quality product you can expect (Gleavum spent 9 months arguing before replacing these - they now want hundreds to replace the blown window). This is operated as a different business, presumably for plausible deniability reasons. My review stands. I would not do business with Gleavum in any form, ever again.

Really good communication and excellent customer service from start to finish. The Salesman, Richard Thane, was excellent in identifying our requirements and making suggestions without ever coming across as pushy, unlike other window companies (Safestyle are a nightmare, avoid like the plague!). Lead times were short, installation quick with the installers being very polite, courteous and respectful of our home. A few minor issues were rectified quickly post installation. All our doors and windows replaced at a very competitive price. Highly recommend Glevum to anyone.

This was the second time I'd used Glevum Windows, they do excellent work, are very helpful and informative, good prices, I will definitely be using them again
