The work that was done was amazing. I had to have 3 Lintels replaced, and, my goodness. I say my goodness because the mess whilst they were doing the job was crazy. When they left, as clean as a pin. BDD have carried out a number of job’s for me, including completely restoring a room after water damage, installing a new bathroom and restoring my sitting room to how it would have been when the house was built - this entailed: plastering, installing picture rails, coving, ceiling rose and decorating the room.I have found all the BDD staff to be very helpful and courteous, work was completed in a timely manner and everything was left clean and tidy. I am confident in recommending the services of BDD to my friends and family.

Right from the first contact with BBD to arrange a quote for work, they have been excellent. We had other builders come out to quote for work only not to bother responding again. BBD were different.The quote was broken down by each seperate project making it easy to understand. The quality of their workmanship was excellent. Everyone we met was polite, professional and showed real pride in the quality of their work. Once the guys started the work they came across some condensation and damp problems within our walls. We discussed options and costs to repair as this was additional work. Their quote remained reasonable and we were able to have the additional work done whilst the guys were on site. They did their best to keep our home clean despite it being a very dirty and dusty project. They have totally transformed our room including removing a window and installing French doors. We are very pleased with the finish and we have already requested a quote for other work. Thank you Gareth and the team for a great job.

Bray Building have been absolutely fab. Over the past 18 months they have done various jobs to help make our sad cottage turn in to a happy home. New lintel, external render, chimney repair, insulation, and various small jobs have all been done with great professionalism and a willingness to give guidance and opinion when needed. The admin side was smooth and responsive and the guys on sight were all friendly and talented. We recommend without any hesitation.
