Great staff, clean and a good selection of equipment but can be very frustrating when a lot of people spend the majority of their time just sitting on the machines on their phones instead of actually using them. Annoying when you only have limited time.

Fantastic gym with plenty of equipment!So far I haven't needed to queue or wait for the free weights, which is a great change from the commerical gyms I've been to in the past.Great atmosphere and friendly staff who are very helpful.
