Planet ice peterborough was good. Staff were very friendly and willing to help. Skating was fun with lots of room to skate. My youngest used a skating aid penguin, which was very useful

Not the best place to hire skates, blades blunt and it gives fair experience but it's nothing if you bring your own.Could do more with surface itself, on Sunday morning it was really worn out, uneven in some places. It is still good fun but i recommend to check deals before goin there as it might turn out as pretty expensive for family of four just to try it out lol. There are issues with premiere parking bare that in mind, ice rink staff cannot help out with this.Positive fun, i do recommend to try it at least once :)

Was hoping for a nice time here. Poorly maintained. Extortionate parking fees. Place is in poor condition. Ice was uneven, seating areas were ok. Toilets were poorly maintained. Skates were in poor condition, plastic were digging into feet. Such a shame.

Horrendous experience, trenches being dug out and the ice is uneven, very dangerous and ridiculously cold. I can skate and I struggled, as the ice was lumpy, and everyone was falling over including the figure skaters doing spins, went to ask for a refund as we left and got told the don't do refunds. If your thinking of going with your family, I really wouldn't, save your money

Took my children yesterday and it was a disappointing experience at Peterborough, skates were uncomfortable, blunt and not well maintained, the boy on the skate desk, could of cracked a smile at lest, rude, blunt and no helpful, when asked about lockers he didn't seem interested. Once on the ice I thought it would of been smooth but was not, I know it's ice so some water is expected but far far more, puddles accumulating, wasn't pleasant at all. Made Skating difficult for the children, ended up leaving after 30 minutes if that, when tried to staff we were blanked

Very good price, cheap tickets bought online. Amazing place, good fun and spending relaxing time. Not to much people so ride was fantastic and fast. Definitely come back again and again and again.I love this place forever.

Pretty basic facility's but an amazing atmosphere on game days. Be sure to get there early for a good seat & don't forget to pay for your parking.

Decent enough ice rink and very busy on the day we visited. Facilities could do with some work - somewhere to get a hot coffee and a warm place to sit whilst the kids are on the ice would be very welcome.

Came here in the summer holidays. 14 pound per person, plus 2.50 skate hire plus 7.50 for one of the penguins which i think is extortionate.. They were doing some kind of works to one side of the rink so it was hugely noisy with drilling sparks. Would have been okay (3 stars) if it was half the price. Massive shame as my littlest was so excited to go, it was too noisy for him, and wasn’t enjoyable for anyone.

Very basic facilities here, but on game nights the crowd is excellent in cheering on their team for the entire game. There is food and drink available to purchase, which helps out. Parking is very limited and it is a pay-park; if arriving early, opportunities for free street parking is an option.
