Hola Lola Animations

We worked with Joel recently to create an animation to raise awareness of an often serious health related condition. Joel's expertise and advice while creating the animation was second to none and it has had a fantastic reach across the whole of Northern Ireland and has been praised by health care professionals across the UK. We hope to work with Joel again on other projects in the future.

I worked with Joel Simon of Hola Lola during Covid-19 to create an animation to support Belfast Health & Social Care Trust staff understand how stress can lead us towards developing self-criticism. He listened well and visually interpreted our ideas beautifully - resulting in us receiving our desired tone 100%! Unfortunately due unforeseen pressures within the NHS during the pandemic, the development of the animation took longer than we first anticipated. However, Joel was very patient, professional and flexible in supporting us. It turned out absolutely wonderfully and has been shared with our healthcare colleagues across other regional public health bodies. Thanks Joel:)

Joel Simon, the brains and artistic talent behind the company, did the cartoon sequences for our upcoming television history series; The Long and the Short of it. The work was excellent and Joel was very accommodating with the constant changes we kept making. We were so impressed that we subsequently asked him to create cartoon opening credits for the series.

Joel was amazing to work with. No ask was too small or too big. Animations were created quickly and to a high standard. Changes were done quickly and efficiently. Great company.

Joel has delivered educational workshops for Cinemagic for many years. He brings enthusiasm, new technologies and animation to life in an engaging and informative manner in both our schools and festival environment.

We worked with Joel on our recent Garden Safety Videos. Joel was very patient and diligent in making any amendments to videos which ensured we kept within our agreed timescales. We also appreciated Joel developing videos with translated subtitles to ensure our videos can be shared widely across NI.
