Recently purchased my used Hyundai Tuscon from here and I have zero complaints. Verity was amazing, we very quickly narrowed down the car for me, within 10 minutes we were on a test drive. Verity went through all the packages and we settled on the one that worked for us. Managed to get the payments down to a price we could afford and picked up the car the following week. Excellent service, highly recommend!

Only 3 weeks wait for a brand new car and Callum kept us informed throughout. The handover too was great. Callum went over everything with us. What a professional. I had seen a car on website and enquired in my local banbury dealership, they brought the car down, had it serviced and all relevant checks etc, explained everything and answered every stupid question I threw their way!I dealt with Emma & Mel, but all staff were equally knowledgeable, kind, go out of thier way help and make a smooth transition into buying and part exchanging. It's more beneficial to go through a legitimate customer centered garage selling cars which are upheld to a high standard.(trust me, I've dealt with dodgy dealerships). You took the worry and stress away from buying a vechicle and parting with a substantial amount of money. I love the car. Its drives beautifully, without fault. Comfortable and just a good car, it had been valeted beautifully inside and out!The whole team is an asset, personable, warm and just genuinly nice people. NOT your pushy sales type at all.They gave me a teddy bear for our daughter that we are adopting. You didnt have to do that, but you did, and I am truly greatful to you both. It might just be a Teddy to most, but you listened to my story, you never forgot and you constantly wished me luck. It's the little things which have the deepest sentiment and that touched me. A warm gesture that is greatly appreciated.So Emma & Mel thankyou for everything, and putting up with me!See you soon.

We were guided around the forecourt respectfully by Callum and once we'd chosen, all paperwork details were discussed in a straightforward, considerate and honest manner. As we chose to review our deal over the next few days, we liaised with Emma who was always available to communicate and ultimately helped us conclude the purchase. I tend not to write reviews but felt that I needed to for this one.It's more a 2.5 star but nothing more nothing less.Purchased a 2016 Seat Leon Cupra 300 estate from these folks after reserving it online. did the 100mile trip to go and test drive and see it. All good and everything seemed to be in order.It was adverstised with FSH but was missing 2 stamps but hey - they vouched for it and even did the missing Haldex service whilst I waited - so all good.Drove it home - all good. Then it started - the revealling of the RUST - yes you heard me RUST!!I took some pictures of the initial bubble and rust spots and sent it over. They said they would get back to me on how to deal with it and offered to get it sorted for me. After a bit of radio silence they came back and said they would take it and get it sorted.Then, after a clean - more rust and I mean a lot more!!! All done the bottom. As this was within the 14-day money back guarantee - I called them and they said I'd have to wait until the day after to speak to a manager. I did and they agreed I'd have to take the car back. So my, the wife and kids did the 100 mile journey to take it back. Got there and they weren't even shocked or apologetic. Just - okay fair enough (like they knew).Anyways managed to get my refund processed and should of been in my account the next day. Nothing. Day 2 nothing. So I contected them on day 3 and emailed the branch manager to complain and 2 seconds later - it's back.So after 400 miles, seeing a car which didnt have a FSH as advertised, dragging 3 kids and the wife out to return it before the 14 day money back guarantee ran out (due to the condition of the car) and waiting an extra 3 days for my money (after chasing) - I can say I would advise anyone buying used to CHECK THE CAR AND CHECK IT WHEN YOU BUY IT, AFTER AND DOCUMENT EVERYTHING.It wasn't a great experience, but eventually I got my money back. Although a bit more of an apology would have been nice. At least a refund for my travel expenses, but no - nothing. Just paperwork and a goodbye.Be vigilant about buying from these guys - esepcially if you are travelling far.

The customer care is shocking and non existent. I’m not talking about offering a coffee or calling to find out if you’re happy with the service. I’m talking about dealing with problems (of their making). The issue - BSM sold me a car which broke down within 24 hours. Catastrophic oil leak. The reason because BSM had negligently repaired the vehicle. They did not disclose this and invalidated the warranty. The car is still sitting in the garage more than 2 months on. They simply ignore my requests to return my money. They refuse to answer reasonable questions. Their approach is basically to hide from problems - they’ve got your money remember! Meanwhile you, the customer is left with the problem and no means of resolving it. The ombudsman process takes 6 months or it’s a court claim…when the breach is obvious. It is truly shocking and appalling approach to customers and you are well advised to steer clear.
