The Ivybridge Spa

As a birthday treat, I opted for the spa experience here, shared with my other half. An especially nice feature is that the spa is kept for our sole use. It was an hour of blissful indulgence! Jacuzzi with a choice of very powerful bubbles or gentle massage; sauna at just the right temperature, steam room warm and foggy, and some heated tile beds to rest on in between. Everything is supplied (barring your swimming costume, of course). Then afterwards, free tea or coffee, and a comfy room to relax in. I felt like I'd been on a week's holiday! I'm sure I'll be back, particularly when the weather outside is more typically British - and maybe book in for one of the many treatment options on offer.Just to add, the staff are great, very friendly and helpful - and even set up a Happy Birthday banner for me!

Absolutely amazing spa, had a lovely day for my birthday sole use of spa and a fantastic treatment with Jo to finish my experience. And a lovely selection of cakes for the afternoon tea. Will definitely be returning highly recommended for a relaxing experience

Wow, what amazingly lovely, kind and caring staff. Having never been to a Spa before I was quite nervous. However the staff were incredible. The spa suite is truly relaxing and my Indian Head massage was wonderfully relaxing and I walked away completely relaxed and content. Looking forward to my next visit very soon. Thank you all very much.

Just had my second piercing with Ivybridge Spa. Chloe did my cartalige piercing in the right ear, SO chuffed! She was brilliant and it looks fab!! Looking forward to getting nose done next!

I had the most wonderful relaxing time in the spa and although it was ‘only’ for 75 mins it refreshed me and relaxed me thoroughly. Big compliment to Jayne who is a gem of a woman! I felt very cared for and my privacy was well respected. The spa is very cozy and i had it for me alone! Everything you need for a time out! Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful relaxing day here. I came with my mother and sister in law and we did the spa bliss package. It was well worth the money and I was really impressed that we had the entire spa to ourselves for the duration. Also included were 2 treatments - I picked a back massage and facial. I had Jo for my treatments and she was absolutely fabulous! Very friendly and professional. The while day was so relaxing and all the staff were all amazing. Really happy with my new nose piercing from the The Ivybridge Spa. Great service and really professional as well as kind. My daughter also had her ears pierced (2nd holes). Highly recommend getting your ears, nose or cartilage pierced here, lots of aftercare advice and cleaning solution.

From initial contact, to booking, to a warm and friendly welcome from Jayne on Reception, you just knew that this spa was going to be head and shoulders above the rest.We very much enjoyed our Time for Two" spa with Jayne providing an excellent tour of the facilities before we enjoyed some proper R&R. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt that not only was our custom very much appreciated but that the staff thoroughly enjoyed making us feel relaxed and restored.After our spa time we lounged in the Relaxation Room and then enjoyed our "Coconut Cocoon" treatments.
