Property Link Estates

We have used Property Link as our letting agents for 10+ years, and have always found them to be extremely effective in managing the let properties. When we came to sell one of these properties recently, Julie told us that they were adding sales to their business. We had no hesitation in asking them to act for us. Throughout the sales procedure they were excellent at communicating with us as well as with potential buyers. The whole procedure was painless, the house sold within a month - and I have no hesitation in recommending Property Link as selling agents.

I consider myself very lucky to have been cared by this lovely family led business. For the past 2 years, Property Link Estates have provided me a home. Felt certain members of staff were rude, patronising, and aggressive. We were offered our holding deposit back, but were never given it; PLE seem to be claiming this is because we would not agree to a deduction, but we did agree on a few occasions. We have been offered some of our money back if we agree not to share our experiences publicly.

Phillip and Julie looked after my house for about 10 years. Probably had about 5-6 different tenants and only a couple of month without occupancy rent in total. Dealt with repairs, inventory, all kinds of things. They eventually sold my house for me at a price I was really happy with and a very reasonable fee. Great service. I am very grateful.

I have recently moved out of a property I rented through property link. Julie, Phillip & Louis were flexible & communicative throughout the entire process.There were a couple of issues with things going wrong in the property (through no fault of their own) throughout my tenancy and they ensured that all of them were sorted out quickly and without hassle.Would highly recommend them.

I have recently finished my tenancy through this estate agents, and I only wish I could have dealt with them again for my current tenancy. From my first meeting with an agent of Property Link Estates in Bath, the service has been only friendly and immensely helpful. On the one occasion a maintenance issue arose, I contacted the office and someone was sent to repair the sink the same afternoon. I have never had any difficulty in contacting anyone and any emails I have sent have always been responded to within a reasonable amount of time. I would thoroughly recommend visiting these estate agents. They are quite unlike other estate agents in the city (and I believe I have visited most of them in trying to find reasonable accommodation), being a small, friendly office, where you can deal with the same few people.

Bath Property Link Estates have fully-managed the letting of our flat in Bath for over ten years. They are totally professional. They have given us excellent tenants and have also handled any maintenance issues, large and small, quickly and efficiently. We live abroad so it is very comforting knowing that they are looking after our flat so well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, not just as letting agents but also as full management agents.
