Not even 1 star found a hair in my food and when confronted staff they said it could be mine! I do not have short curly hair thank you it was quite clearly a beard hair! And when I spoke to the owner and said the staff should wear hair/beard nets was told its their personal choice. Sorry should NOT be a personal choice when it can effect your customers food! Got refunded and was told I could get 50% off my next order but do I even want to go back and risk having another hair in my food!? I should think not! Ridiculous

Food tastes good, i usually order over the phone for collection. Service is good as well but cashiers on till are usually look annoyed or bossy not sure why. It has happened few times.

If your fish burger meal costs more than McDonald’s you expect it to be better. Burger is super tiny and very dark brown and didn’t look appealing. Fries boxes are tiny also. Not value for money at all I’m afraid.

Hi all let me share my experience at the shop. I been in store have order food and was waiting for a long time. Staff there is like some one have just asked them to stand there and show no greeting to customers. I have been many peps store but never show someone can work that slow like a turtle. I have to leave the store as my order was not ready even after requesting them 3 times. I paid like 12 pound something and have to go without food. Horrible customer service as everyone working in slow motion speed and not even bother what customer requesting or saying. I’ll suggest never go to this kind of store where they don’t respect customers and poor customer service. Worse experience!

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. I have ordered from here many times as I only live down the road. Placed an order under the name khan. Received my food and the rice box had a disgusting hair in it as I went to take a bite I pulled out the hair that wrapped in the rice out my mouth. Please be careful and don't make the same mistake as me!! i rang up and a rude lady who sounded young wasn't bothered and told me come in store bring the food along with the hair and said we can talk about it in person as if I lying!!! i have never been so annoyed and disgusted at someone's customer services !! The issue being there was a hair in my food from their shop and they have the audacity to tell me to bring it back. What a joke!!! Someone really needs to teach her customer service skills and how to speak to a paying customer! Wont be going back again!

The best pepes I have ever been to, definitely in Birmingham. The ingredients are so fresh and best quality. The dips are so fresh.The staff are friendly, however the person working on the grill is so talented in making the food taste like how they do and they need a raise. They are an asset to place.

The food was very nice, but the service is too slow. I understand at times it can get busy, but if the cashier just helped a little bit more with packing maybe; as oppose to just waiting for next customer to walk in; it would save a lot of time.Generally, the shop is clean and has a good space to sit and eat. Would suggest they make arrangements for some heating as it does get cold quickly if you sit for a few minutes too long.
