Brilliant! Krissy removed ear wax for me today, and it's so good to have my hearing restored to normal! All very professional yet friendly.. Very happy!!

I visited Krissy to find out why I keep getting earache one of my ears.Krissy was very professional and explained in detail what she was seeing in my ear.She then gave me advise on preventing ear infections and I have been advised to get an ENT hospital appointment.I would recommend anyone that has been ignoring their ear problems, to just get it checked out.

Absolutely amazing service highly professional with great and immediate results

I went to see Krissy yesterday after suddenly losing hearing in my left ear about a month ago. I'd tried various drops, and nothing seemed to work. She told me to prep the ear with medicinal olive oil, for a week before the appointment, and would see me at a pre-booked time. She was very patient with any questions I had before the procedure, then set about unblocking both ears. I was amazed by the results. The difference in my hearing before and after is night and day. I'd never needed (or thought I needed) this procedure before, but would highly recommend it to anyone who suspects their ears might be blocked. I would especially recommend Krissy if you live in the Bicester area. She has a wealth of experience and did an amazing job. Her service is first rate.

I’ve been to see Krissy a few times about my ears and cannot recommend her highly enough. I’m not the easiest patient as I get really anxious about my ears being tampered with, but regularly require microsuction. Krissy goes above and beyond and genuinely cares for her patients, she’s absolutely lovely and very reassuring. Only yesterday Krissy went out of her way to fit me in, when the fullness and pressure in my ear was literally driving me crazy.
