Chris and Clive are outstanding at the service they provide from initial contact right through to completion and beyond , we can highly recommend them following purchasing a farm recently which due to Covid etc took over 12 months to sort but never once did they give up on finding us a suitable lender , thanks guys we owe you a massive thank you for your efforts and professionalism throughout and lovely to build a relationship going forward on other projects too

Originally used FC Funding for a commercial mortgage on my trading business' premises though have since gone on to use Chris & Clive for my own personal BTL mortgages as I expand my portfolio. Always diligent, responsive and professional and do exactly what they say they will do. Highly recommended and can tell by the other reviews they run a very well organised business. I have to say, Chris and his team have done a great job. they have helped me to get best mortgage deal. A significant help was provided until the completion of the purchase. I will highly recommend them. I spoke to many lenders and found that it's very difficult to get commercial mortgage as it was my first business. But when I spoke to Chris the advice and guidance, he provided was very professional and impressive. They were always available to help, and they even regularly tried to reach me for any update or progress.
