Fabrique Bakery (Covent Garden)
Used to be my fav bakery..came back after 6yrs. Got 2 cinnamon buns. One bun was incredible and full of filling. The other one was quite dry and not much in it. Staff couldn be also more welcoming. Shame the standard dropped :(

Cinnamon and Vanilla Buns were OK but definitely not worth £4.5 each. The lady wasn't friendly and lacked a minimum smile ! Not sure to visit again !

Accidentally drop by and got recommended for their cinnamon bun on the queue. I took one back home and saved in the fridge for a late morning breakfast the second day. I had it in microwave for a min and wait it till room temperature. Rain was pouring so it’s great time for a warm steamy tea. The first bite of this cinnamon bun sent me immediately to Norway. It was so good. I’ve gotta go back and stock more. This all happens just a couple minutes ago. And now I’m just pinning this shop on my map….

It's a cute cosy place with a few tables for sitting in. Came here to try out their Cardamom buns and they were incredible. The flavours and texture were amazing even though it wasn't fresh out of the oven. Looking forward to trying them warm someday soon.

I walked all the way to the bakery cause it was on my list of must visit places. It's a small tiny bakery but it was worth it. I didnt find much options but I came to try it.Be aware to go a bit early to ensure you find something cause some days they finish all their cinnamon buns so make sure to go early

I ordered cardamom bun and it was amazing. It is very chewy and moist. The sweet cardemom goo is in between the knots of the bun. They are sticky and moist which makes the awesome texture. I love it. Its my first time to try cardamom. I was worried if I didnt like the cardamom itself but loved it. Recommended to those who never tried cardamom before. Please try!

I went there in the afternoon. What caught my eyes are the lovely bread and pastries. A lot of the pastries I wanted to try were gone, disappointed, and left. This shop has other locations, this is the busier. There's no place to sit outside to enjoy coffee and pastries, limited seating indoors.

Today after the British Museum tour I wanted to head to china town and I stopped by a very nice bakery where I tried Cinnamon bun. fabrique was the name of the cafe. I must say I am in love with it. I tried the elder flower Kombucha aswell. This bakery is treat to my sweet tooth.

Another exploration in the city of L.I did a quick google search for bakeries and this seemed to be both independent and quite unusual, so I was naturally alluded.I opted for the cardamom bun and a cappuccino. The cappuccino was a tad weak and small, but the cardamom bun was surprisingly really nice! It had a beautiful fragrance and there was a balance of sweetness with the spice. The bun itself was a little firm, but it was contrasting the softness and fluffy inside. The lady serving was helpful and the establishment is adhering to social distancing, hygiene measures, which is a plus.If you’re around the area and fancy something different, I would recommend checking these guys out! I’d like to try other items on the menu in the future. 7/10.
