TV Repairs R Us

I read reviews on here before ringing but thought I'd give them a chance... the chap literally said to me, 'I don't think you're listening' when I asked a second question about my LED TV. Very rude, not professional at all. Save yourself the hassle and simply don't ring or use this place at all. Pathetic.

Would put zero stars if I could... these people are rip offs they fixed" my tv within 2 days first time round which made me really happy

Rude over the phone, guy that picked up the tv was nice enough.happy to take your tv and quote you to repair more than the TVs worth. Getting it back though isn't that simple

Please, don't use this company, they really don't know what they are doing. My TV came back to me still not working properly , sent away again, approx 5 weeks later after many phone calls the TV was returned still not working correcty. Professional enough collection guy, I would guess the parent of the rude obnoxious guy who answers the phone. Who is nice enough when enquiring but aloof when answering questions.

Sent TV to them that wouldn't turn on. They got it working again, but it came back with a light spot and some dark spots. Asked them to fix them as they were not there before; they took it in but nearly a month later I've just got it back and only one of the dark spots have been fixed, despite me sending the TV with a note showing exactly where the spots are. They specifically said that their technicians checked it out and said its all fixed, which is complete tosh, you can see the spots with your bare eyes.Collection guy was a gem though, really friendly and nice mannered.3 stars because they did get it working again, and the collection guy was a star, but no more because they are either blind, liars or incompetent! I'd have rather they just be straight and say we can't fix it, sorry about that than tell me something that is clearly not true.Would I recommend their service? Probably not, its was £100 repair, so I might have well of just bought a working used TV off ebay.

Wish I'd read the reviews before I let them take my TV. Guy came to collect it and was told to call after a day to get a quote, was told would be 2 weeks. After 5 weeks of trying to get through on the phone, waiting to be called back and being fobbed off, asked for my TV back.Complete waste of time, really hard to get through on the phone, never call you back and registered office is a house of multiple occupation in Forest Fields, at one point thought would never see my TV again. Strongly suggest you avoid.

DONT USE THIS PERSON FOR TV REPAIRS! They will tell you it's repairable, collect it no problem but WILL NOT RETURN IT. Its a scam! I went to the address to get my TV back because they wouldn't return it and its a random address. I would call the police but I have no idea where my TV is.

Absolutely ridiculous, collected my TV in no time, diagnosed the problem and gave me a price. Told them to leave it and just return the TV. Now been waiting 4/5 months for my TV to be returned, I ring every week and either no one answers or tell me 'we' ll try get it to you on such a date' going to be taking it further now.

Replaced the LED array of my Panasonic. 2 months later the same problem occurred. Had to wait at least 2 weeks before they collected it. Collection driver didn’t show up at least on 2 occasions. It’s been with them now for at least 3 weeks, unpleasant over the phone and they are saying it’s still not fixed!!!
