Initial contact was confusing - slightly misleading and included receipt of a URL to a generic webpage, with no questions about my condition. Left with no idea about how to proceed. Felt abandoned... Until an appointment for an initial video consultation was offered.The process required me to access, download, verify an app. It's a process I thin ksome patients may struggle with. The tech is clunky and unhelpful (e.g. no info about how to prepare for or set up the video consultation!)The clinician was fabulous - great rapprt, thorough, flexible, systematic, knowledgeable...
