Just had my boiler serviced by S Emmens heating and plumbing. Can’t rate them highly enough. Extensive service done and pointed out items that should be done and which have never been done by previous engineers. Prompt, efficient and friendly engineer.

Very impressed, identified problem with boiler, established still under warranty, contacted Worcester and booked repair on our behalf, advised on measures to take while boiler out of service, all for no charge for his time. So refreshing to meet such a good thorough tradesperson.

Sam is professional and pleasant! We always ask him to come & service our boiler as we were once let down by another local company. Sam always arrives on time (sometimes earlier on the day if he can fit us in!) & he is always cheerful. Can't fault him + would always recommend him to others!
