Too much to say. Customer service is absolutely awful.Don't take anything back if your not happy with it.You'll be given a bad attitude, terrible service and even taking the item into the back of the shop to reasons beyond me. Very dodgy.

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever received the older lady looks like she’s forced to work there, gives you visible snarls as you walk through door and makes the whole atmosphere as cold as the turkey, the younger lady with black hair somehow folds the sandwich into some kind of pepperami baguette? Went once or twice but had to stop going foods great but the staff a miserable, what a shame!

Awful!!! Such a shame because usually really good ordered full breakfast with extra sausage bacon and hot drink came absolutely stone cold with no extras thank god the baton was right!! Called up to sort it out and got the usual oh we can't do anything tell just eat to get a 5 quid refund can't just get the order right staff didn't have a clue what to do either absolutely shocking, never again

Ordered Pie, mushy peas and gravy. Pie and gravy really nice but the peas were tinned mushy peas. Would have been perfect if the peas had been proper mushy peas.Also bought TWO Coffee Renoirs"
