STAY CLEAR! Absolutely disgusting housing association. They are currently ignoring a big rat infestation problem at their Johnstown block of flats. They charge for additional services regardless of whether these services are undertaken. They abuse and belittle tenants who challenge their methods of management (most recently by making negative comments about tenants looks/attire).

The inspector stole my wife's specialized carbon bike worth over £2000 and when he got caught he had some else to bring it back to us .And other Afra has stolen a heavy dutybox truck wich my Son's borrowed from his work and we did not get it back. Shame on themSo don't leave your valuables around or they will be stolen

Adra posted numerous job vacancies just prior to covid, during which they stopped hiring new staff. I was meant to be interviewed for a job, in person and by video call(why both I can't fathom) Anyway, they removed all the trades vacancies but still hired office staff? I'm sure the tenants of Adra were chuffed at this decision.

Don't listen to your needs and make up rules as they go along. Make a complaint and they make your life hard. Horrible people. Also come to your home without permission and take pictures of your belongings and property. More like a dictatorship than a housing association

They don’t care about ur complain. They happy to receive ur rent payment. But any problem on maintenance repair even an emergency u will get ignore. Bad landlord. Never help they tenant. People that work with adra get paid and not doing they job properly!

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Entire property is covered in mold and I'm asthmatic, with a 2 year old. They have done nothing for the 2 months I've been complaining. Ceiling in the bathroom is falling down from a leak. Never lived anywhere so awful. Don't even reply to emails anymore.

We have a rat infestation at our building that we (the tenants) have had to deal with ourselves by getting the Environmental Health services involved. When approached an ADRA representative, seemed more interested (negatively) about my atire (p.j's and gown) so point blank refused to talk to me!! Complaints manager here I come!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been asking since September 2021. for the mould and damp to be sorted, I'm banging my head against a brick wall With adra. I wishFor them to do the repairs. And to sort the damage that they have caused to my belongings while am staying in there Property. It's unfair .on the people who have to suffer i have 2 metel rods in my back and left arm. And am left in these conditions Isn't right my eletric costs me 200pound a week and i dont have that sort off money. would give them 0 stars but had to give 1 just for the review jokes am sure if someone is looking for a housing association please don't with Adra go look somewere better is always available not like this place.

By far the worst housing I've ever came across my house is falling apart and so cold but almost 5 years on and still no work been done
