Same experience as Eleanor the poster further down. The website they use to collect payments wouldn’t work and I had to try for 20 minutes before it let me pay. I paid managed to pay for my parking eventually and left within the time paid for but apparently I took too long to pay and this was my fault. Subsequently appealed which the “independent body” ruled in Parking operators favour (funny that) and just paid my £100 fine to avoid possible court issues down the line. Absolute rob dogs I recommend avoiding this car park like the plague.

would strongly not recommend this car park as it is a real rip off one. I parked for 1 hour free but was delayed by just 15min at the dentist due to logistical issue with their equipment and was sent a charge notice- I went through the appeal process providing a formal letter from the dental practise but this was just a waste of time as they were reluctant to accept the justification using some non-sense invalid trivial reasons.

Absolutely awful car park! If I could give less than one star I would. Do not park here ever. I parked for free for an hour and then realised I was going to be longer so I purchased another ticket but apparently this is not allowed which is absolutely ridiculous!!! If you get a free ticket for an hour make sure you don’t stay any longer or purchase any more tickets because they will be invalid and you will be fined! The people running this are greedy and heartless it seems. Avoid this car park at all costs and please don’t make the same mistake I did!

Do not park here, if you park for 1 hour free and then pay for the second hour you get a parking fine of £60 even though you have paid for a ticket. In the small print they state you must pay on arrival for 2 hours even if you aren't sure how long you'll be. Extending your stay when paying after your 1 hour free stay still incurs a parking charge. Ridiculous

Received £100 fine after paying and displaying and returning to car within display ticket time. The signage is not clear and they start timing from the vehicle entry time, not your pay and display time. The letter issue also states 'it is beyond the appeal date' as they have intentionally issued it after that period to force people to pay the £100. Absolutely unethical practices.

Been given a parking charge for not immediately paying as I entered the car park (only 12 minutes late due to a queue) still left the car park within 2 hours of me entering. Although I paid and left within 2 hours of entering I have still been fined. Scare mongering is used to prevent you appealing. Appealed once already and it has been wrongly denied and if I wanted to appeal a second time I would need to pay the full amount. Do not park here! Awful private money making company.

DO NOT PARK HERE!! One year ago they fined me for a ticket for just parking for a short amount of time(I paid it off). Now a a year later I receive a letter, fining us for £270, they also claim that they have sent two reminder letters prior to this (which we haven't received). After calling them us and waiting on the phone for over an hour and half I managed to talk to someone to get to the bottom of this. Long story short, they have sent the two letters to my previous home address although they knew my new one. I can;t take them to court because it will cost a lot more than the fine. Plus my credit score has been affected.

Good carpark attached to a small shopping arcade on the edge of Sheffield. Parking is free for an hour or £1 for 2 hours. It's handy if you want to stop for a coffee or visit the nearby Botanical Gardens. I noticed some reviews mentioned fines and parking time starts the moment you enter the carpark, not when you get a parking space. I parked for 2 hours and had plenty of time to visit the Botanical Gardens and have a coffee.

This parking lot charging method is simply a TRAP!!!You must make sure that you will leave within one hour, otherwise you WILL NOT be able to pay for additional parking time before the first hour.I never thought that a civilized society could allow such unfair terms to be placed in public places and allow him to overcharge fines.
