Gorgeous Hair

This is the worst salon I have ever been to, I was quoted a price for full head highlights and cut & blow dry. I only needed half highlights and a cut. After quickly establishing what I would like Kia proceeded to start with the foils. Not speaking to me the whole time, 40 minutes this took, she said it would only take 15 mins and she would be back. Left me on my own while she went downstairs, 40 mins later she came back and asked some else to take out the foils and wash my hair. Her false nails were very long and she attempted to massage my head but it really hurt, in the meantime water was running down my back so she gave me a small cloth to dry myself. When she had finished my tee shirt was that wet it was dripping, no towels but another small cloth to try and dry myself, I was left sat there freezing cold and very upset while she put foils in another lady. 45 minutes later she came back to dry and cut my hair, in the meantime I was about to leave, I was so upset I asked her to try dry my back as my tee shirt was soaking. All she did was try dry me with the hairdryer. By this time I’d had enough and just wanted to leave, hair cut wasn’t great, I asked for layers too, in total I paid £78 as she said she would knock the price off for the cut, but it’s £78 for half head of highlights anyway. Definitely won’t be wasting my money there again, absolutely disgusting with the way I was treated!

Hi I just want to say as saw a couple of negative comments as I was booking again as won’t go anywhere else!!! This salon is amazing!! Kai does my hair and I have never loved my hair so much as I do now. Her colouring skills are next level she’s so friendly and really knows what she is doing. The atmosphere in the salon is always bubbly it’s like a big girls meeting and you come out feeling great. My daughter goes there now to and she says exactly the same best salon we’ve used and believe me we’ve used a lot!!! Please don’t let anything put you off ♥️ Keep doing the amazing job you’re doing ladies!

I'm really torn about this salon and should preface this by saying I have an anxiety disorder and struggle with tasks like this. The lady at the front desk was lovely and checked me in really quickly. The hair was was lovely and relaxing.The lady that cut my hair seemed a little stand off-ish from the start and seemed a little dismissive of me; making minimal conversation and just seemed like she wanted to hurry up and finish. It just felt really awkward the whole time. My hair is lovely and I'm happy with the cut, but this did bother me and is such a shame because the salon is beautiful and really reasonably priced. I'm not sure if I'd go again.

Loraine is fantastic at what she does! My hair is always cut and coloured lovely. With curly hair it's hard to find someone who doesn't just chop into it, wouldn't go to anyone else!

I have known Loraine a few years now but never had my hair done by her before. I wanted to try some one new and wanted support a new small business. Loraine was lovely and professional. We sat down a couple of days before and discussed what I wanted. I was really pleased with my new hair colour and felt like I was looked after well. Definitely recommend Loraine and her Salin.

Been having my hair done by these two very talented ladies for many years. Now they have there own lovely salon, its fab.Have recommended them to many friends over time some who have had bad experiences at other hairdressers and some just needing a good hairdresser. Everyone that I've recommended are all now regular clients.
