ATS Euromaster Torquay

Only popped in as my tyre pressure light had come on.They were busy but checked & topped up all the pressures FOC ...I will go back there when I need new tyres.

Following the advice in the response to my last review, I lodged a complaint. After waiting 8 days, the response from Stuart of Customer relations sent a reply entitled Generic UK Feedback" which by his reply was a reply.Although ATS Euromaster do not display

Just driven into ATS with a flat, his response to asking for help was I'm too busy" no apologies

Having a company car on lease I have to take it to ATS for tyres. I had a flat tyre and made it to my local ATS (Torquay) only to find they couldn't book me in until the following Monday (today is a Friday). They suggested I try their mobile repair service, okay, not ideal but I figured I'd give it a go. Nope, they were booked up until Saturday.So there I was stuck with lots of places to get to in the ATS customer car park. In the end I changed the tyre over to the spare myself, I didn't even get any offer of help. Work clothes now messy and I'm at Southern ATS in the hope that they can fix it.Ironically there is another tyre place about 100 yards down the road from ATS called AMS Tyres and Exhausts. When I've had a flat in my personal car they've had it replaced in about 30 minutes (usually quicker), I would have taken the company car there but I can't because it has to go to ATS.

Booked in for tyre replacement. Quick efficient service.

Fantastic customer service from these guys. I had a full service and some new tyres put on here, and I cannot fault the work at all. The team were quick, professional, and really went above the call of duty to be helpful. I can recommend them 1000%, thanks guys!
