We highly recommend Driver 12 who picked us up from Heathrow last night.Plane parking and luggage issues delayed us about an hour and a half, but our driver was constantly in touch and patient. We had a very comfortable journey home in his spotless Mercedes and realised we had used Driver 12 earlier in the year for another airport run that was equally as excellent.Highly recommend.

At £95 for the run to Heathrow from Harlington on June 7th lunchtime they are now pricing themselves out of the market. Uber quoted £66 at the same travel time. I will now always check with Uber prior to booking - as £29 surcharge for going direct is too much of a surcharge. Shop local, yes - but not when you are abused for the privilege. Actual service is quite satisfactory, no complaints about the service, driving or car.

We booked a transfer to and from Luton Airport. The outbound journey was great I can’t fault them, however on the way back they turned up over an hour late (despite me ringing and asking repeatedly) and with a load of people already in (so he clearly wasn’t waiting for us like the app said). To top it off (bear in mind that this was a pre booked taxi from weeks before the trip) they turned up with a taxi that was too small for us and our luggage and their solution was that they can take us but not our luggage. Clearly we went with a different taxi from the rank at the airport who we cannot fault. Sadly we will not use this company again and urge anyone else to be careful when booking.

Easy to book, got confirmation taxi was on its way and car arrived on time. However when it came to payment, driver charged me £25 when I had been quoted £20.50 over the phone when booking. My partner had had a few drinks so I couldn’t be bothered to question it, but this was a little disappointing.

Just not as good as they used to be. Maybe a different owner or manager? A few weeks agai they just didnt rurn up for a booked hob and last nights driver clearly felt he was in a Formula 1 race and we were left feeling ill. Having been a loyal customer for 15+ years I now will look elsewhere.

I had not used this company for a Luton Airport Collection before but would use them again. My flight into Luton was in the early hours and further delayed but as I was leaving the Airport I received a phone call from the driver. I also received a text with the make/model and registration number of the vehicle. They had tracked my flight and were aware I was late. I walked over to the pick up point and waited no more than 10 minutes before the car arrived which I think was very reasonable given they can not really park anywhere nearer! Driver was friendly, helpful and polite. Thank you!

Fantastic service from Britannia taxis. Called from Flitwick station and arrived within 5mins and price was fixed back to Barton, no hidden cost and no mentor . Always use this company they are so reliable

30 mins standing outside their office waiting on a taxi on a Monday afternoon.Trying to support local businesses but end up wasting time waiting waiting waiting.They promised 15 minutes but still waiting some 40 mins later.Drivers are polite.No in future we just won’t use you.

Taxi arrived on time (app to follow driver very useful). Ordered a large taxi due to a disability which was provided. Driver was very helpful and polite. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
