What an absolutely fantastic service! Gone back to Sloane & Sons for multiple orders because not only are the products fantastic quality, but the customer service from Ed, Anna and the team is second to none. Got the most stunning Lutyens bench, with a beautiful personalised carving, to mark my parents’ Ruby wedding anniversary - and they loved it so much, I went back for matching chairs and a table for their birthdays! Anyway, suffice to say - I think these guys are awesome. Quick, personal, family-led service. Would absolutely recommend 100%!

Excellent products:,so pleased with our purchase of the banana bench set and also the square table. Ordered in June and delivered in September. I ordered the table and it came the next day with the bench set. Perfect service and easy to deal with.

Absolutely delightful purchase. Just like in the 'good old days' (before Covid). While you choose from a website you actually still deal with people, who are not only friendly but very helpful. The only place around us (we do not live in London) where you could actually test a chair and see how it feels to sit on. Furniture exquisite quality and very fast delivery. Thanks to the team.

We received our flat pack Lutyens bench in a timely manner, communication was excellent with emails being sent with regards to the best day to deliver, it being despatched and a delivery window. While we haven’t erected it as yet, it is heavy, looks incredibly sturdy and comes with easy assembly instructions… will make a lovely feature in our garden. Absolutely delighted with the service we’ve received!

Great experience dealing with the garden benches arm of Sloane & Sons. I ordered one of their teak three-seater lounge benches with accompanying cushions - extremely impressive quality of product after much shopping around. Build quality is first-class and the comfort of the washable cushions are excellent. Customer service was brilliant and delivery was next day. Highly recommended indeed.
