Mark has impeccable customer service. I put a holding deposit down and he happily waited over a week for me to travel a far distance to come see the car when he could have easily sold it the next day. But he waited and worked around my schedule. The car was immaculate and I am very please with it, he made sure that I would be driving away in an amazing car. And that I did!

I bought a 15 year car from Mark Hopkins without even seeing it. It was incredibly low mileage and described as being like new. The negotiation process was very straight forward and we quickly reached a mutually agreeable price without unnecessary haggling. I arranged for the car to be collected and was delighted when I received it to see the body and interior were absolutely as new. Quite remarkable for a car of its age. I wouldn’t hesitate in doing business with these guys again.

We have just bought a Volvo from Mark, 15 years old with 15,000 miles on the clock. Immaculate!! It is exactly what we were looking for. Mark understood our family needs when buying a car, he was very welcoming and approachable, he didn’t rush us on a sale. We were allowed to take the car we were interested in for a test drive and was very pleased that the car was perfect for us and all of our children to fit comfortable, low milage for it’s year, clean, well kept, over half a tank of diesel, good tyres, great paint work and one previous lady owner. Mark understood the pressure of working for the NHS and discounted the car more, we ended up negotiating a price that was a little over our original budget but we couldn’t leave without the car that day! We have now driven the car to Hayling island, up and down the motorway on days out and it’s honestly so perfect! Thank you so much Mark, we will definitely recommend you☺️

I bought a Ford Fusion earlier this year for my elderly parents from here, after looking for ages for one. My parents had an old Fusion and didn't want to have another make or model. I saw a very late Fusion in this garage which turned out to be excellent and perfect for my parents. As I had to come all the way from Swansea, the experience was made as easy as possible for me, the service was excellent. Would very much recommend.
