I cannot thank Alex enough for analysing my running technique so thoroughly and working out how I could improve my technique to get me running again without pain. He really does know what he's talking about and has a wealth of knowledge! Thanks to Alex, I'm hoping to be able to run my first marathon in a few months after having to defer last year due to injury.

From pedicures, facials and massages to microderm, slimming aids and waxing. It really is a great pampering experience. Facials are my favourite, Vicki is amazing at them. Totally LOVE the new treatment rooms, very calm and relaxing environment and I always leave feeling refreshed. Vicki and Alex are very friendly and helpful and they know their stuff.

My mum and I went to Chloe for a facial and full body message. It was a treat for Mother’s Day. We both had a great experience, Chloe is a very professional and attentive therapist. My mum felt really refreshed after the microdermabrasion and so did I after my massage. Will definitely return for another treatment.

I had the pleasure of an Indian Head Massage today with Vicky and it was fabulous. I felt really comfortable in the chair, and she always makes me feel relaxed. The massage itself was superb - I loved the back and shoulders particularly (weeks of tension disappearing as soon as she started!) and the head massage was great too. I was close to falling asleep and really didn't want it to stop. I'll definitely be back for more!

Spire Injury Clinic is simply outstanding! Having spent a year under a military physio I had become disillusioned and frustrated at continually getting injured while running. I had never considered seeing someone privately as I expected it to cost me a fortune – I was wrong. After an initial 90 min consultation Alex could identify all the symptoms I was experiencing, explain why I was experiencing them and how to solve them. What was most impressive was that he was able to pinpoint symptoms that were connected to my injury that I hadn’t mentioned in the consultation. After a few visits to Alex, as well as analysis of my running style, he was able to put a programme together to improve my injuries and to stop them reoccurring.The whole process has been enlightening and incredibly beneficial – my only frustration is that I didn’t do this earlier. Alex is extremely professional and clearly well experienced in his field. I would not hesitate in recommending someone to see him, whether injured or not, the information he has to share will help any runner or sportsperson.

I went to Decorus for the first time this afternoon, as l am not from the area. I was so grateful to them that they could fit me in for a massage and a pedicure at such short notice. Chloe was a sweet girl, who did a super job on my toe nails, l am very pleased with them. After the pedicure l had a full body massage, which was lovely, my only slight criticism was the comfort of the hole that you put your head in on the couch, which was't particularly comfortable but then they often aren't!
