Fabulous host, comfortable and clean accommodation. Great central location near pubs and restaurants. Downstairs bar is welcoming and breakfast is plentiful and coffee hot and always flowing. Family room with lounge and bathroom was perfect for our holiday.

Fantastic location with a very friendly and helpful host. The beds were very comfy and the rooms felt rustic rather than basic. We found parking that was free after 6pm with in 5 minutes walk and a good selection of eateries in the town for food. The only complain was that the pub outside was loud until midnight but it was still much quieter than many hostels.

Met the lovely sue who was very polite and helpful. They have a lovely little bar and entertainment the cocktails are great (welshy lady) is fab a must try! Rooms were clean and comfy. Didn't get the best nights sleep as couldn't find the light switch for hours lol

We visited in August last year. Rhys was an AMAZING host. He went above and beyond to accommodate us - it felt like he was a friend more than a host ! The room itself was really clean and a great way to meet new people. (Meg the dog was beautiful and we miss her very much!)

A well located hostel with a good vibe and a great host. Rooms were good - clean and comfortable.One slight issue, for people such as hikers like ourselves who need to start early, could be the fact that the downstairs area is locked until 8am. This meant that we could not get breakfast, nor could we access the fridges

Book this place on a whim when travelling around the UK. Rhys was an absolute legend. The whole downstairs area was an awesome space. The location is just steps from the Caernarfon Castle. Great Wifi, very friendly, great location, fun people!

My colleagues and I booked to spend a night on the 26th August 2023. We were a group of 12. 7 of us shared a room of 8 and were bitten by bedbugs. It was a terrible experience. None of us have ever seen a bedbug before. We called the owner at around 4am when we realised we were all experiencing something biting and we were itchy.They were on our bedsheets, clothes and ceiling.I feel traumatised and itchy all over thinking about it.
