We're very happy with the whole experience. The booking and communication prior to our move were very easy but when the boys arrived on the day (they phoned 5 minutes before the set time to apologise they were going to be late 5 minutes!) we instantly felt our move was in professional hands. Apart from their professionalism they were very friendly, courteous, positive and thanks to their 'can do' attitude we could take much more things that we had forgotten to mention in our emails. All our belongings are now in our new home the same as they were prior to moving, no scratch on them. Thank you Multi Movers!

We had a great experience with Multimovers, very easy to get in touch and receive a quote. They were available for our preferred time and date and the booking process was straightforward. On the day, Dan and Fenton were fantastic, very professional and lovely to speak to, they took very good care of our furniture and ensured that surroundings weren't damaged. Multimovers are fantastic! We moved from Surbiton to Bournemouth last week and could not have been happier with the service we received from this professional, friendly company. Our quote was very competitive and all I had to do ahead of our move was send a WhatsApp video to the team so they could accurately scope the job/requirements. On the day of the move, Dan, David and Lee arrived exactly when they said they would and immediately set about loading vans and dismantling some large IKEA wardrobes. The three guys were fantastic and worked so hard to ensure the move was stress free and went smoothly. They arrived down in Bournemouth just before we did and immediately began unpacking and perfectly rebuilding the wardrobes. It was pouring rain but the team were upbeat, efficient and placed everything where we asked them to. The entire move was finished by 6:30pm and it was almost sad to see the guys leave as they were great company and made us feel very relaxed on a day that could/should have been incredibly stressful. Daniel and his team helped my family and I move home across London in June. We were so impressed by them at every stage of the process. They provided us with a very fair quote, they were punctual, professional, friendly and they stayed calm under time pressure. Our large pieces of furniture were moved straight into the rooms of our new house without leaving a scratch anywhere. On top of that, Daniel dismantled a very large antique wooden wardrobe carefully and quickly with a lot of skill. Multimovers have just moved us 300miles and have done a brilliant job. Very professional, well planned, and clear communication throughout. Everything was well packed so no breakages and easy to find things. Most importantly they were Covid safe, with masks worn the entire time and keeping distance. I would highly recommend them.

So happy I went with this company. I made a last minute alteration and asked for a 3 man team, which meant they had to pick up an extra person, but they took it in their stride. Professional and efficient, they moved everything with ease and put all the heavy items exactly where we wanted them. Would use again if I ever have to move and thoroughly recommend to anyone who is moving home!
