Sunshine spine

Elbe at Sunshine Spine is fantastic! She really took the time to understand what was causing my pain and with soft tissue work, strengthening exercises and stretches, has hugely helped my back pain postpartum. She has given me exercises and stretches to do at home which has helped work the problem for the longer-term. For anyone looking to resolve bodily aches and pains, I highly recommend sessions with Elbe!

I came to sunshine spine when i started strength training, she gave me detailed advice on posture correction and has really helped me develop my deep core and to train without pain and helped to target the correct muscle groups in my training.

After one session I was taught to do different exercises to correct my spine pain and since doing them I feel a lot better and in little to no pain in my back

Elbe is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and is excellent at what she does. I went to Elbe with a very specific back pain, for which she not only gave me a deep and thorough massage, but also several deep stretches, so that I could help relieve and prevent the pain myself at home. She showed and practiced the stretches with me and took great care that I was getting it right.
