Visited to look at a dining table & chairs we had seen online. We we were approached by Sam who was not pushy at all but let us know he was there if needed. He answered questions we had and he found us the best deal on what we wanted. Highly recommend. Sam was professional and helpful

Our Sales Consultant Kira who dealt with us today was very helpful and friendly. His honesty was really appreciated specifically around delivery timescales, and his advice was clear. He went out of his way to ensure we got the best deal, looking at various options which were thoroughly/clearly received and direct. The dining displays, for us, were the best ranges around, therefore it was easy for us to make a decision based upon our needs. Having Kira there to answer any questions made the whole experience much swifter and painless. Thank you Furniture Village!

Went in today with the purpose of buying a sofa - unlike a lot of the sofa / furniture places within this retail park where the staff ignore customers and sit around on their phones slack jawed, refreshingly nice to see the staff engage proactively and help customers ! I dealt with Sam who was very diligent and professional with addressing all my questions and helped me get the best deal for my sofa … painless experience. Other furniture retailers in this park should take note of what customer service means … great service - just need to wait now for the sofa to arrive ! Would buy again from this store

A very good choice of beds across all ranges. Credit to Garry Clarke for looking after us so well and guiding us through the various options. He was very knowledgeable on the products and patient whilst we tried various options. Garry was very professional at all times and very helpful. We were very pleased with the service and the products available, highly recommend if looking for a new bed.

Garry was very helpful and calm. He wasn’t pushy. He had a lot of information about beds and sofas which was great. I would definitely recommend anyone to speak to him in the store. He was also very patient when we had a child running around too.

We went into the Reading branch looking for a coffee table. We came out having ordered one and two additional tables. Sam could not have been more patient and helpful. He guided our decisions, presenting different options along the way. He was friendly, positive with a good sense of humour. Nothing was too much trouble. Delighted to have called in and will do so again.
