Placed order (tkt 104147) on Tuesday 22nd April. You will recall this being during covid-19! The guy at the gate who took the order and brought out the items was fantastic. He delivered such a great customer service to everyone I heard him talk to. One of the friendliest guys I have dealt with in this industry. Most places I have been to had frustrated staff who were unhelpful and negative, but not at UPL. Well done to him and well done to UPL, clearly you are doing something right to keep up moral during such difficult times.
