Awful customer service. Should have trusted the bad reviews but ordered due to 40% off. Wish I hadn't bothered. Had a terrible experience with delivery to my mum's address, the driver was extremely rude, dumped the tiles on her neighbour's drive. My mum asked if he could bring them to her side gate to her garden, he refused and walked off. The tiles are heavy and my mum was unable to move them. I can understand them not being allowed inside due to covid but this was OUTSIDE. Due to the extortionate delivery cost I am not impressed and will never use porcelonosa again or recommend them!I had a reply from the store and was unsatisfied with their response. I look forward to receiving a further update if this is still being looked into.

We went into the Cardiff showroom to get some inspiration for our new bathroom which we're having next year. We were greeted by Jayne who was very helpful and picked out a selection of tiles which were exactly what we had in mind. Even though we were not ready to buy, Jayne was really helpful and we will definitely be back when we're ready to place an order! We Highly recommend Porcelanosa for great quality titles, very helpful and professional staff members!

On my visit to Cardiff we call into the store as we are updating our bathroom. Jayne who looked after us was so helpful. She showed us around the show room showing us what was possible. She made us feel so comfortable and welcome. We came away with lots of idea and with the address / contact details of the store near us. She even give us her details in case we had any questions. What an experience so professional. Definitely recommend anyone who is thinking of updating there bathrooms. Thank you Jayne.

Beautiful displays lovely quality but after half an hour in the store was completely ignored by the staff 3 months ago even though only 3 customers in the store. Mature man sat at desk ignoring customers. A potential customer told us not to bother, the Bristol branch had an offer which Cardiff branch wouldn’t meet so they had to travel to Bristol to order same goods. I am going to give them one more try tomorrow as I really like the goods if I have the same experience I will change to zero stars. How can a company have so much feedback “customers ignored” without doing something about it?2 bathrooms 1 kitchen we don’t wear cravats and blazers and tend to dress for comfort when shopping maybe I had the wrong trainers on maybe they thought we didn’t look like we could afford the goods?

My partner visited your Newport Road store this afternoon. We are looking to purchase 4 four large bathrooms for our property. Nobody acknowledged my partner for 5 minutes and she had to approach a member of staff. Despite our large potential order, the representative (Jayne) did not seem interested, and said they would not do a design visit unless we committed to purchase all the items from them beforehand. Overall, my partner felt that Jayne was dismissive of her and certainly not interested in our business, she is now wondering if this was based on how she was dressed!!. One of your competitors will now be receiving a very large order from us.

Quite possibly the worst company I’ve ever encountered in my life. The tiles themselves are lovely, but everything else about this company is tragic. They lost my order, then took almost 4 months to get a refund for incorrect tiles. Along with some terrible customer service, I’m glad to never have to deal with them again. You would think that for the price you pay for their products, the service would be to standard. Unfortunately not.

Absolutely love the products from Porcelanosa and received excellent service from Miguel! He went above and beyond to help us with our order to make sure everything was perfect, incl. the right selection of tiles and the delivery! First class service, thank you so much!

My first time using an interior fitting company and I was incredibly hesitant as I was somewhat naive and wanted to make sure I didn’t go with the wrong company. After having visited a few competitors with somewhat mediocre show rooms and services, I was feeling rather deflated, then I stumbled across Porcelanosa and visited their Cardiff store.Not only was I impressed by how immaculate their show room was, I was greeted by Huw who made me feel completely at ease and was incredibly knowledgeable for someone who seemed so young. He didn’t rush me and allowed me to go through every detail that I wanted while adding some of his own knowledge which was incredibly helpful.Needless to say I will be returning in future and big thanks to Huw for making the whole customer experience so enjoyable !

The products are second to none but service can be very poor. So many mistakes with orders, communication and follow up.1. Order placed and paid for in the store.2. 1st Delivery attempt the driver could not take the tiles off the truck because he didn’t bring a lift.3. 2nd Delivery arrived late so the trade people had gone home so no one available to accept the order.4. Delays on delivery means you have to reschedule tilers so it wastes so much time.5. Order delivered but massively inaccurate and incomplete. 20 of the packs were missing! When I called they said they had made a mistake so would send.Then they discovered they did not have the full order so a new order had to be placed with Spain. Told it would take 2.5 weeks to arrive but I had already scheduled tiler.I lost the Tiler because he has other commitments.4 weeks later I’m still waiting for the tiles and no one has called me back to advise delivery date!6. Rescheduled the delivery of remaining tiles and then told they would only be released when the order was paid! The order had already been paid fully in advance! I sent email to ask them to investigate but no response. I called and spoke to agent and he admitted it was a mistake on their system.7. On a positive note when the second delivery was made the sales agent personally delivered the tiles.8. on another positive note the Sales Agent recommended a tiler to replace the original tiler.I’m still waiting for tiles from the incomplete order.So in general service flawed and way too many frustrating mistakes which lead to installation issues.
