Splash Carwash

Great work from the guys here, I had the full valtet service including shampooing some muddy seats. The car looks like new again. It only cost £40 and took a few hours. The seats were still a bit damp on pick up so I was given paper mats to avoid getting wet. If you're in the Falkirk area and need a great wash on you car go visit the folks at Splash car wash

Terrible! I called them by phone and made an appointment for washing and valeting for 10.30 on Friday. When I arrived to this car wash, I was told that they have a lot of work and I can collect my car only after 4 hours. It didn't really suit me, but I had already made my way from my village to them, so I agreed and went to do a few things in the Falkirk. I left my car with them for more than 4 hours and when I came back they didn't even start washing it.

Full valet done today, guys done an amazing job, great service and excellent price!

I chose the foam wash wheels and wax for £6.00 i thought it was good value for money. They also do a variety of other offers including full valets their prices are well displayed .

Went in with a car smelling of sick, came out not smelling of sick. Kept comfortable and warm and informed throughout. What's not to like? Would use again.

Decent wash, fast service apart from the old duffer in front who proceeded to sit in his car chatting to the staff after his car was washed meaning i couldn't get in.

If I could give 0 star I would. This place is an absolute rip off! I'm surprised the people of Falkirk are still giving this place business. I come through to Falkirk every 1-2 weeks from Glasgow to visit family. On this occasion I decided to unload all the child and baby seats and take the car for a wash. The issues start when i get asked to come back in an hour and 30 mins, but agree if it means they do an excellent job. On my return the guys are sitting near by smoking (this left a lovely smell in my car when I did leave). I notice they hadn't wiped down the leather seats. The guy tells me that's the next package up which included carpet shampooing. But I didn't want carpet shampooing, just wiped seats?? I'm asked initially for £30, as I'm told I have a 4x4. I questioned this as I have an SUV not a 4x4. They agree for me to pay £25. I notice in the very dimly lit garage the middle console still looks dirty, so the guy comes and gives it a quick wipe. Told him im surprised by the pricing structure and overall cost, to which he says they use the most premium products.I really wasn't happy with the job or cost, but being a female on my own in a dim garage with 3 males, and still needing to back the car out, I decided just to pay and go. When back at the house, I was shocked to see just how dirty the car was. Drives side pocket, kick plate, steering wheel, middle pocket, gear stick all dirty. Carpets not thoroughly vacuumed. So I ended up doing it myself, and found myself wondering what I paid £25 for and waited 90 minutes for.People of Falkirk. Please please don't use this place. It's a joke. You will literally be cheaper AND faster driving through the the plethora of car washes in Glasgow, where you will get an amazing deep, thorough clean for about £15 in 20 mins. This garage could do with making the journey through to see how it's done properly!!

Done a few bits of work for this place and started to get my car washed there afterwords. Friendly helpful staff and good value for money

I've used this many times and always happy with the results. I just get the wash, wheels and wax, but they always take their time and I never feel it's a rushed job. Well done guys!
