This is not a business you want but when you need them they are AMAZING! I lost my little boy too soon and both Lee and Scott were incredibly friendly and supportive. We came to them as strangers in need and facing desperate times and left with shared experience, confidence we had 100% of our dog confirmed with photos of pins he had lived with and felt like we had new friends. Amazing people at the worst time, Kevin was dealt with care and consideration and home the same day. Just amazing.

Unfortunately our 12 year old bungle of joy, passed away Thursday 12th of October. Lucie was a fantastic dog. The staff at Southern Sky were kind understanding, and made a horrible day a touch more bearable.Thankyou for been there

We have sadly lost two beautiful Scottish Terriers (Alfie and Mavis) within 18 months, both of which were huge parts of our lives. After having Alfie cremated here in May 2021, there was absolutely no question of what we would do when Mavis passed away a few days ago. Scott, Lee and the whole team at Southern Sky treated our little companions with the upmost respect and kindness, which has made the whole experience so much easier for us to handle. The building, chapel of rest and the whole setting are all very beautiful and well thought-out, which gave us a special place to say our goodbyes - it was like giving them their own little funeral, which they definitely deserved. We cannot recommend Southern Sky highly enough and we are incredibly grateful to them for their kindness in our time of need.

I would rate 10 stars for this if I could. Scott & Lee were absolutely brilliant. We unfortunately lost our dog Maisy and they were both great in suggesting different options with the vets & getting her to Southern sky that I hadn't thought of & even stayed open later one night just for us which made things so much easier with the whole process. Their care, understanding & compassion is second to none and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone. Thank you so much!

Scott was lovely showed care and compassion when he collected Bella she was brought home within 24 hrs I honestly can't thank you enough for your services again xx

The owners of Southern Sky are all total animal lovers , they offer a complete service which is professionally , compassionately and sensitively handled. Our much loved dog Buddy was collected from the vets within an hour and was cremated on the same afternoon. They have a lovely chapel of rest should you like to say your last goodbye. We would not hesitate to recommend Lee, Scott and Andrea who handled everything with the ultimate respect for our pet through this upsetting time. Many thanks again for everything, Roy and Elaine.
