Large shop in Deeside Retail Park with everything for the home, garden, pets, DIY and craft. It's got a cafe, free parking and toilet facilities.

Used Dee cafe her for my lunch, a little disappointed that there was no jacket potatoes as they were t cook despite them having the spuds in the back, also no panini's so made them onto toasties which the bread was barely warm.The shop it's self I'd fantastic, well organised and clear to wear everything is without the need to ask the members off staff

Excellent Customer service from Declan today. Tbf all the staff are lovely, but I've never really had cause to ask for help until today, buying a razor for my teenage son, I asked for help from a man so I got the right stuff. Declan was not only helpful and considerate, he put alot of effort into explaining how best to shave, what's good for young sensitive skin and using a post shave balm etc. He picked out a few things and said if He needed any more help or advice I could call and ask for him and he would talk my son through it. It almost brought a tear to my eye. As a retail manager myself, I have fairly high standards of service and Declan surpassed them all. Thank you.

Don't really shop here a lot but when I have shopped it's been a pleasant experience. Nice addition to the Deeside Enterprise Centre. I think there's a caffi in this store but never tried it.

This store is better than the chester Store. The product grouping is easier to find.All range stores are cluttered, but this one is better than most.The staff are pleasant and helpful, and you actually see quite a few .We used the coffee shop tables, which were very clean. Coffee was nice. We both had a small sandwich. My husband was fine, but mine was really hard and stale as the sandwiches were not coveredI am a wheelchair user, but as I said, all ranges are cluttered.

I would like to thank Sandra at this store. Very helpful lovely lady. I told her I had a new kitchen and wanted matching kitchen accessories. I found a coffee set I like but unfortunately the set to complete wasn’t in stock. But Sandra still went out of her way to help me find everything else I needed. We had a gossip in the que as she helped carry stuff with me to the tills and she is so lovely and friendly. She even went the extra mile and helped me carry my items to car to save me two trips. Thank you Sandra you are a credit to your store! I’ve even spoke to your store manager to thank you! I will be back as got a lot more to get, hope to see you again x

Fantastic store, but cafe very diapointing, i arrived at 2.50 and asked for a toastie, none were available because the ovens had been turned off. I asked what time they closed expecting to be told 3pm but no it was 3.50, and the staff have to make sure they are cold before they finish! They had clearly been off for a while and I know they do not take over a hour to cool down. I settled for a scone which was dry and tasteless. Will not be using the cafe again.

Always love an adventure to the range, you go for one thing and come out with 20 other items. The art supplies section is my kryptonite. And the frames too. They even have a restaurant in store so you can stop for a drink and a snack. Friendly staff, great shop!
