Occasionally get incorrect info via the app, but apart from that the service has been perfect

Twice I have been this week to pick up a bike but on both occasions the app says bikes are available but they are not! First time, app said there were 3 but there was only one and its keypad was dead. So I could not hire. Second time, app says two are available. Reality turns out two are at the bike station but both are Dead. Walked to another bike station but the only bike present has saddle jammed in bottom position. Gave up and got the bus!

Subscribed and quickly cancelled my subscription. Not enough bikes anywhere and when you are lucky enough to find one you quickly discover that it's only available because there's something wrong with it. I've encountered broken saddles, ineffective breaks and a bike with the kickstand jammed into the wheel.
