My advice to everyone is please be careful of car park i when there last month and I bought tickets for my car which is £2.40 day later i check my account they took £23 they says because you buy tickets and I say no one going to buy 4 tickets in same time for same car and they don't refund me at all

One Payment machine not working. One I used failed to print out a vat receipt so legible as ink run out. Emailed them and unable to supply a vat receipt. Nobody around to ask about it. Seems they are happy to take the money not useless as maintenance on on their site or customer service.Need to up their game. Can do an app but can't do anything to maintain what they have to keep customers happy.Customers is what makes the company who they are.
