I was a bit wary of using a local High St. Supplier but T.C Hayes did an absolutely first class job. My washing machine broke down in the middle of house viewings for a sale, and days before my wedding and going away on holiday. I rang to ask if they had a machine within budget that could be delivered before the end of the week. They did.. and even brought the delivery day forward on request. Great fitters who showed me how the machine worked, great service, great price. Delighted with the machine. Thanks, T.C. Hayes..I'll be back!

Bought a washing machine from TC Hayes. Excellent service all round. Staff in the shop and on the phone were all very helpful and friendly as were the fitters who brought the machine to the house. I would certainly recommend them to other people. Items were reasonably priced and they were able to supply me with a machine that fitted in with my budget.

Who can wait to replace a broken washing machine? TC Hayes, gave excellent customer service, advice, and a price that bettered the big boys. Could have had delivered and installed next day (at no additional cost), but chose to take from store.Mark and his colleague (apologies for not taking his name) couldn't have been more accommodating.This will be our future go to" store for electrical goods.Thank you."

We explained the problems we were having with our Humax and or broadband. They said they would send someone out to look at. They did, he came the next day and solved our problem. What more can you ask for ??!!

Recently bought an oven and has made a large fuss over the installation , they asked for £200 for the installation and because we had wallpaper in our kitchen ". Yet we're awaiting for a refund

We just popped in here to buy a TV table for a pensioner so didn't want to spend much as she had a budget!..Matt came back to me with a glass table and said we could have it for free!!..What a beautiful gesture!!..Will definitely recommend this place and we will definitely be shopping here in future!Thanks T.C HAYESMARK XX

Spoke to the sales staff by telephone and they could not have been more helpful.Explained what i wanted and they phoned me back with a price, a 3 day delivery at my convenience. I ordered the washing machine, with no deposit required and as promised i had the delivery, they fitted the new machine, removed the old one and took it away. Also took all the packaging away. Once satisfied, i paid by card. First class service. I even received a follow up phone call today, 2 weeks later to make sure that everything was okay. I live a good 15 miles from their business, but that was not a problem and was all free of charge as promised. Fantastic company to deal with and will never use one of the popular high street chains every again. Thank you to you all.
