Excellent service from start to finish. Responded to my initial message very quickly and managed to fit me in. Garry quickly found the problem, went out of his way to get the part for my boiler that day then fully serviced it to make sure it was safe. He explained everything clearly and was happy to answer questions. Garry was a really friendly guy and I will definitely use him again.

Garry and his team always go above and beyond. They are fantastic at what they do and always seek to fully explain the actions they take. Excellent work time after time, reliable and professional. I can’t recommend Stark highly enough.

Garry came out today to service our ageing boiler and patched it up for us.He gave a very honest breakdown of the issues facing our boiler, which at this point is barely holding it together after years of patchy repairs and emergeny callouts. He shared clear photographs of the areas of concern and a report alongside the final boiler service paperwork and answered all our questions regarding the state of the boiler and what we should do next.Unlike previous engineers, Garry hasn't made us feel any pressure regarding what we should do and, when I called later in the day to discuss new boilers, he gave very detailed advice and information regarding what options are available.Garry clearly knows his stuff, is very professional and responds quickly to emails and calls.We're looking forward to receiving our quotes for a new boiler and using Stark Heating & Gas for our installation and all future servicing and aftercare. Super reliable and responsible business. Garry has done our previous boiler inspection and also installed a new one when needed. The appointments are easy to book, Garry explains everything and responds to any concerns, and the job is delivered on time. After the installation of our boiler, a minor fix had to be done by a different trading company. Everything was arranged by Garry and the job was completely finished in less than 48 hs. Highly recommend!

Just had a shiny new boiler and new radiator fitted by Garry. Great service from quotation through to installation and he left the area he was working in clean and tidy. No hidden extra charges, all costs were fully explained and all work completed to a high standard. Would highly recommend him for any boiler / heating service and will certainly be using him for our annual service going forward.

Gary and Ryan arrived early which wasn't a problem. Carried out the annual service to our boiler very efficiently and gave us great feedback on what had been done. As usual they were very friendly although they still carry out their work. Great communication, very efficient and really nice guys.

We required a replacement boiler at short notice. Gary was able to schedule us, understanding our position (in a cold snap). He kept us updated on the lead in to the install and even managed to help our existing boiler limp over the line. On the day, he attended with his son (and capable apprentice Ryan). Both of the guys were professional, courteous and respectful of our property. I was hugely impressed by the service provided and will have no hesitation in using them for my servicing in the future.
