I bought varsace Eros 100ml,which cost £98.00.I wanted to buy a 50ml or even 25ml unfortunately the store didn't have it.

I don't appreciate being lied to, don't tell me an item is 75% off when it's even cheaper than the price you're offering at every retailer. A £50" item that is available everywhere for 18 and you're selling for 20 is not a £30 saving its a £2 oversell."

Good deals, but staff was extremely moody. I asked if I could exchange a gift bag that I had bought from another fragrance shop as it had a hole in it. The sales lady looked at me as if I swore at her mom. She told me that she can exchange the bag but not refund me which was fine. They gave me another gift bag but it also had a hole in it. When I asked if they could give me one without a hole in it the sales lady went on a rant about how there not meant to as I had not purchased from them. I mean if you cant exchange bags JUST TELL ME WE CANT GIVE YOU A BAG. I couldn't be bothered to talk to her anymore so just took the bag, as I walked away I could hear her sniggering and laughing with another sales girl. Need to work on customer service skills. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. WOULD RECOMMEND THE PERFUME SHOP OR BOOTS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Won’t ever buy from here again in the future. Unfriendly staff, was waiting ages to be served with only one staff member working on the busy run up to Christmas. Her name was Angela and wouldn’t let me return a faulty item. Needs some customer service training skills. Rude!

Very nice for gifts etc. Staff really helpful for helping with deciding which fragrance is good. Ok for prices but can get some things slightly cheaper at other shops.
