Essex Vacs

I took 3 old and unmaintained dysons for repair. I honestly thought that I'd be told it wasn't worth it to repair them. Just tested them out and my carpets are literally better than they have ever been! Thoroughly recommend.

A couple of weeks back I took my Dyson V11 Absolute for a possible repair of broken rings at the base of the canister (all the rings were broken). Russ was very good and offered to replace the rings. I opted to have a replacement canister instead from Dyson.Very happy overall with the service I received at Essex Vacs

Disappointed at the lack of response by the company in regards to my broken hoover that was purchased from them. It was supposed to still be under warranty but was told the issue is not covered by the warranty and id need to pay. Then i tried to respond straight away to the email and it's as though the email no longer exists, any mail sent bounces straight back saying the email is not correct (even though i was responding to them). So I sent my email from my other email address and it went through fine, seems like they may have blocked my email or something similar. No responses on ebay and no responses on email since that first message even though i said I would be happy to pay. Im now without a working hoover and have nobody nearby me that offers hoover repairs!! I would have expected better from a company with such good reviews. A simple response would have sufficed.

My Dyson came back looking and sounding like new. I am so pleased.Well worth the £50 service charge. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again. Very kind and pleasant man
