Always happy for me to drop off my car earlier and pick up later to fit in with my work hours. MOT completed on time and keys ready promptly when I collected my car.

Terrible customer service and non-existent security. If you want to get your car stolen leave it with the manager here.On collecting I found customer service desk unattended many sets of car keys left strewn on desk, corresponding cars were all no more than 15 metres away. After waiting for a while I eventually had to go and find a mechanic in the workshop to find the service desk manager. Dreadful security!Edit September 2023, I followed the instructions in the customer service reply to this review and contacted the customer service department again with full details as requested, unsurprising nobody from Kwikfit followed up or responded. Absolutely pointless. Seriously do not use this branch.

Avoid this particular garage for MOT'sThey'll fail your vehicle on things which other garages say don't need replacing or require attention.This garage cost my partner over £400 for 'repairs' on his vehicle2 other garages looked at the vehicle & said the work doesn't need doingAnother Kwik Fit Garage attended to do some work that apparently needed doing, but it came as a 'shock' that 1 out of the 2 jobs weren't required. The vehicle was retested and the job which wasn't repaired/fixed wasn't mentioned on the MOT re-test, at the Ashford Road Garage ... strange!We will never use this garage ever again

Quick appointment and diagnosis. I was advised of the work required and repairs were carried out the same day. Although I didn't get a chance to compare prices I'm confident that my car is safe for the winter and happy it was all done in a day.

Extremely poor customer service. The staff were more preoccupied with rolling up their cigarettes than acknowledging my presence in the waiting area (in front of them). The manager then decided to ask what did I want whilst eating….Looking at the other comments, I would question their competence and would not trust them with my vehicles.

I was so very pleased with the service I received at Eastbourne Kwikfit! The gentlemen who work there were all so knowledgeable, friendly, polite, courteous and 'smiling'! (A SERIOUSLY RARE THING THESE DAYS!) Thank you!... Wonderful!

The waiting time, it's hard to believe just to have bettery checked I waited 2h 45min, also the man who work in reception looks really bored and not helpful, all that include high price to change just battery. Won't use your service again. Was better using halfords which provides butter prices and fit at home with nk fee.

My car with 4 new tyres failed mot because they said there was a cut on one of them and we could see the cords , they tried to show me and a tiny little cut size of a nail which I couldn’t even see any cords , something that could even be repaired with a puncture repair , but no , they said I needed new tyre. Really shocked with this situation.i just had a baby 2 weeks ago and we are really struggle with money at the moment, ended up paying 168 in total when wasn't necessary.hope you understand my frustration about this.
