Brilliant service. A friend ordered a gift on Amazon for a group I work for, Amazon could not sort out the engraving but contacted Womack directly and it was sorted out with no problems.

Still waiting for a refund of my so-called Express Delivery" charges of £39.90. I paid £19.95 TWICE to get a box of medals and two trophies sent to me. They took 8 business days to arrive

Awful company. This is how my itemwas received, called and told not their problem so sent photos and emails as requested. Never heard back even though I chased by phone, lefter and emails. Called again yesterday to be told return trophy at my expense and don't bad mouth company and they will consider refund!!! Absolutely disgusting service will never use again!!!!!

Item arrived very late, despite paying for premium postage. Seller, who had previously been very responsive, telling me that it would arrive no problem, suddenly stopped replying, so have still received no compensation.

After a complete mess up and given the wrong info tracking order ect from Amazon I can honestly say these guys don’t just take your money they want to make sure we received our itemsNow at first I was angry due to thinking like the other reviews on here about just taking money ect but honestly I can say after speaking with the colleagues who rang me personally after issues raised through Amazon they was very supportive and sent me one straight out honestly very happy with the product and their serviceMaybe give them a call and explain issues through a Amazon as now I will in future and don’t always read the reviews what are up on Google as it makes you think the worstThanks again guys for dealing with issues so fastMaybe later than intended as event over but I can present in storeThank youDan

I can’t comment on quality as I didn’t actually see the items that had been sent but the customer service from this company is probably the worst I have encountered.I asked to return the items as they arrived shortly after the date I needed them.The only correspondence has been short and rude. No one ever answers the phone.They have charged me £21.30 for sending the items back, no mention of this ‘handling fee’ when I requested a refund and the item was only £38 to purchase!

WHAT a brilliant Company! My Son's Trophy needed to be inscribed - and I had to resubmit my draft of the inscription. That was picked up within minutes of my original submission and the Trophy arrived, perfectly inscribed, Four Days' earlier than promised. My Son is absolutely DELIGHTED with it!Whatever your Trophy requirements, PLEASE visit this Company first!I will definitely be using Trophy Shack Ltd again - and again!

I needed 22 medals with inscriptions at short notice and messaged Trophy Shack at 22:00 on a Sunday night. I was on the phone with them in 20 minutes, gave them the specifications, made the order via their website and had the medals (which are great) by Wednesday morning. Thanks Trophy Shack for your help!
