Reface Coatings

AVOID at all costs! placed an initial query on 1st July 2019 for 16 doors in a hospital to be sprayed, had to chase on numerous occasions for a reply, after much chasing recieved a quote and paid 50% deposit up front. No-one came to site until 31st July and promised works would commence the following week. I had to chase again on 13th August as I was running out of time and on 14th August received an email from Keith Ferebee telling me to arrange for the doors to be taken off and they would come and collect. No indication of when they would be collected or which doors as they had to be done in 2 lots as they're doors to toilets and consulting rooms. I was promised colour swatches on 2 occasions, nothing recieved. When I realised it was Keith Ferebee who actually came to site on 31st July, I was angry as he knew I was under pressure to get the doors done be end of August. His reply to me 'we shall refund your deposit, goodbye' - no acknowledgement they had messed up and have now left me in an awful position. Totally unprofessional and I would certainly not recommend!
