Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Coventry North

Huge thanks to Aman and the team at Coventry North for recovering my lost phone, being a point of contact and dealing with the courier despite issues… Great to know that Enterprise staff will go the extra mile to assist their customers, despite not having rented the car from this site directly.

I had a car hired out to me for 21 days from my insurance company via enterprise on lockhurst lane. I was given a Suzuki 4x4 which was absolutely beautiful to drive and had a lot of space for storage. When I come in the lads were quick and helpful and had me driving away in a car within 20 minutes. Helped me connect my phone to Bluetooth and even helped me over the phone regarding getting the key out the frigging car hahaha. Nothing was a bother for them. Return was also quick aswell. Overall a pleasant experience with the hire car and the process. The only thing I will say is I tried to rehire the car on for 3 extra days and was quoted £240 even though my insurance company only paid £450 for 21 day hire I think there should be packages with insurance to extend at an excessively cheaper cost especially if you’ve had the vehicle for 21 days as insurance paid out on the 23 day so I didn’t have the funds to purchase another car so I had to go elsewhere to hire a 2nd car because the pricing here was to expensive for me to afford as it would have been a £200 deposit even though I’d already had the car 3 weeks and looked after it along with a day rate charge of £80, would definitely recommend enterprise adding insurance extensions for 3/5/7 days at a reduced cost with a low deposit as that would have helped me majorly given the situation because I then had to travel the other side of Coventry to hire a 2nd car which only cost me £152 at europcar so there was a almost £100 difference in pricing which is a fair amount when your carless due to no fault of your own. You would definitely get extended customers and more car hires this way as I definitely would have taken the package given it been available. Again can’t fault anything other than that. Definitely recommend. Advised me also to take a video before hire and after just incase which was also helpful as I wouldn’t have done that otherwise. Thank you again

Wonderful service from the branch manager and his colleagues, they were able to provide me with a car in the last minute, they were honest and efficient and Rashid was great, he offered to pick up and drop me off. The service could not be any better.

My experience here started quite bad actually. 50 minute delay on my vehicle being ready which on my house move day with workers waiting wasn't ideal, however Aman recognised this and immediately stepped into customer care mode. He knew the sprinter was being delayed so he upgraded me to a Luton Van free of charge which bear in mind was £30 more to rent. He didn't stop there either and was kind enough to compensate me financially also with a £20 saving. From what was a very negative interaction into an extremely positive one. We all make mistakes and have mishaps but it's how you recovered it that will have me returning for repeat business. Thanks Aman.

Extremely straightforward pick up at almost no notice.Return just as easy and thanks to Andrew for his help. Wiĺ definitely use again. Well done guys!

Scammer, never rent a car from this company.GBP27.48 was deducted from the desposit and no reason was given why even after multiple emails and calls.Adminstration fee of GBP35 was charges without authorization for a trafic violation dated a day after when the contract was terminated a days before (due to car broke down), again, there is no reply on the refund after more than a months

Very easy seamless process of hiring. I was helped by Tanvir who made sure I was looked after and got the right car I wanted. Process was seamless. I would give 5 stars alone on the service I received. Really quick and easy. Will definitely be hiring again!

Avoid this scammers!!! He tried to charge me for tire kit under the driver seat. When I was getting the vehicle no one showed me one was there from another branch. I had no idea what and where myself. Upon returning the vehicle this guy went straight to the area and checked that and told me is missing. Before checking with other branch then he sent me a huge invoice after I left. It caused me so much stress until I proved myself. If you can go somewhere else and do yourself a favour. Shame on you dirty little fool doing this before knowing what was it. Unfortunately it is hard to find good honest people around you as well, if one member is like this.
