I don't usually leave reviews but due to the fantastic service from Joe in store, it would be rude not to!I entered the store with little knowledge, and after the journey with Joe, I walked out feeling satisfied and knowledgeable on my purchase.Joe was incredibly helpful from the get go, asking me some questions about my smoking habits so he could tailor my experience and make recommendations based on my answers. I had an idea of what I wanted and his service then solidified my choice. He said he has been in the business six months, but could have fooled me with his array of knowledge and expertise.Great experience overall and I imagine the rest of the team are just as helpful.Thanks again!

Good range and seem quite knowledgeable, but the manager/trainer really needs to get a grip. Been there couple times now with younger staff and had no problems, but the manager was there as well one day and wouldn't stop cutting in when i was talking about a new vape device to the staff. He started essentially shouting them down in front of me like they knew nothing? Did not appreciate that at all, felt so bad for the staff member and was just embarrassed all round.I might go by again if that trainer isn't on but honestly he needs a talking to, no need for that.

Amazing service. Really helpful members of staff who were who were happy to help me find a new vape and explained very well how to use it. Plus the loyalty card is a great service.

I don’t usually write bad reviews for businesses but this place is very weird. I bought a vpz made device to help me stop smoking and it actually did a great job, only to break after a few days so I went to these guys and they told me to buy a bigger device and pay money for a better device and I did, but the device was faulty and they again gave me another faulty replacement. They eventually gave me something that works but works rather as big vape and not mouth to lung. I walked in to explain the issue and the manager there was so rude “the device works so can’t do anything about it”. So I have ended up paying around £100 and not got what I needed when it was just meant to be a replacement of a faulty device. The acted smart for no reason. They literally will drag you into buying anything to make sales. Very bad customer service.

I came in to the shop to buy a replacement vape for my broken voopoo drag x, as I'm not an expert i asked for help with choosing something similar, I was told the innokin limax will be a good option - the quality is not even slightly comparable to what I had, it is spilling liquid in my mouth and works only up to 18w when my old one was working on 60-80w! When I called and I asked for a refund I was told I won't be able to get one, the staff was very arrogant and not customer friendly, I got a phone number to their customer service which doesn't accept incoming calls! Outrageous, misseling is illegal and I'm not leaving it like this.

I received excellent customer service from Dave throughout my shopping experience at the Union Street store. His advice, recommendations and knowledge of the products available were first class. I will certainly be returning. Many thanks.

Good knowledge of what they are doing and selling. Dave recommended me liquids and flavors by telling what I had and what I was after. Bery happy with the service!

The guy with the ginger beard is unnecessarily rude, condescending and up himself. Pretty strange attitude for someone working in a vape store.
