16 of us come here for my birthday meal and it had the most friendliest atmosphere which was shown to us as soon as we had walked in, staff were very kind! To top it off we weren’t waiting very long for the food at all considering there was a large amount of us! It was nicely prepared and nothing short from perfect!

The burgers were absolutely lovely. Both chicken and beef burgers were juicy and presentation was on point. The restaurant itself is simply decorated and has a nice homely feel. Definitely coming back to try more of the menu

Food was amazing, and so were the drinks. The menu contained a wide range of delicious food. Presentation and cooking of all food was on point. The staff were so sweet and nice too. I'm definitely going there again, might become a regular.

Went to this Place on the back of a recommendation and I was not disappointed.The sheesha was on point and the desserts were to die for.Can wait to go with my friends again such we had such a great night.Also shout out to the guys working at Auram Lounge they were really friendly and personable.

luxury yet chic setting,was very impressed with the level of service to presentation of deserts. my self and my friend had an amazing eveing the shish was 10/10 and you could actually taste the flavour. can't wait to go again.

Solid experience. Large menu selection and really good prices. The place was empty on a two person business lunch, which is a bit of a shame. The service was really quick and friendly. My meal was delicious, though the sweet potato fries were cremated (still tasty).

Rubbish!! Booked for 10 people for an 18 birthday 2 weeks ago. When I arrived I was told I hadn't booked. Then he checked his book and realised I had. I was then shown to a table which there were only 8 seats available and not 10. They did add an extra table but then we were told there were no steaks being served that night! I don't think they were expecting us , as they never looked at the books until I walked in . Then we were told they had no steaks, isn't it suppose to be a steakhouse!! This was 5 o clock in the afternoon, no one was in the cafe , because that's what it looks like . We left because the staff weren't bothered. We went elsewhere.

I visited with a colleague on a business trip after making a Google search for a local steakhouse. We found the restaurant easily enough, the only disappointment was we were the only customers at 9pm. As with other previous reviews the food was very good being well prepared and fresh. The only reason I've not given 5 stars is the some of the meals shown on the menu were not available, although the manager discounted their most expensive steak as compensation. The restaurant is not licenced however they do a range of soft drinks and their smoothies were excellent.

Food looks good but has no taste , no spices. Super bland food. Waitress does not know anything about the menu! She is clueless about everything. I ordered three times coz whatever i wanted she would come back and tell me oh we dont have that! Rubbish service and substandard food! Waste of money! Dont recommend at all!
