Your Story by Victoria Claydon photography

I found Victoria whilst looking for a photographer for first birthday photos. We have since returned a few times and will continue to do so. We missed out on newborn photos (lockdown) As our only child, photos of him are something I treasure. Victoria is incredible with children, she has a natural aptitude at getting them to relax for natural photos. She is a talented photographer. As a result we have the most amazing photos of our son. Her pricing is more than reasonable, she's accommodating, the process is stress free and what you end up with is first rate value for money. We won't go to anyone else and I happily reccomend her to friends and family.

Vicky is absolutely fantastic, from our first visit back in 2017 with our then newborn she immediately made us feel at ease and comfortable. I was so worried about baby needing feeding, crying etc during the photos but it was so calm and there was no pressure on us at all which is exactly what I was looking for! I think as Vicky has little ones herself she totally gets it and is so patient. We’ve returned many times with our latest baby and for family shoots - we wouldn’t go anywhere else now. We have used Victoria Claydon Photography for the past 5 years. We don't live locally its a 40- 60 minute commute however the reason we travel this far is because we have NEVER been disappointed with the photos and session we have. We always receive amazing images even on days my children don't play ball.We have used Vicky (or mickey as my children call her) for newborn sessions, cake smashes sessions, family sessions, Christmas sessions and location sessions. I would highly recommend to anyone. We love the fact we receive all images included in the price. Vicky was our wedding photographer and I can not recommend her enough. Our photos are beautiful and capture so many of the perfect moments from our day. Vicky was friendly and made us all feel at ease and relaxed. I have also had some Christmas photos done of my daughter which were also beautiful and such good value in the packages that are offered. I 100% recommend and I will definitely be having more photos done in the future.

My family have been using Vicky since our first born in 2016. She is truely amazing at what she does! Vicky really takes the time to get to know you and make you feel relaxed (she is also great with kids, often playing cars with my son!) She is very professional, takes fantastic photos and keeps you up to date with regards to photo uploads. Vicky was a photographer for me when I was pregnant and for newborn shoots for both my babies! She provides such a relaxed environment, especially when it comes to babies and toddlers and their needs! We stopped to feed, change nappies, etc. The photos were amazing and I will always cherish those newborn pictures!

Vicky was so great at both of my recent photo shoots. We had a maternity shoot followed by a newborn one. Both times my other two children were part of it and she was wonderful with them. The photos we got at the end of it were beautiful. Definitely recommend!

Vicky manages to get my child smiling and posing every time! We visit 2-3 times a year as her packages are such great value. We recommend her to all our friends. We've been getting photos with Vicky for 7 years and long may they continue !

Vicky has been our family photographer since the birth of my first son 6 years ago. She was so amazing and understanding that my son was born early, and we had a stay in hospital. She was flexible with the booking. She then took my second sons new born photos, again being flexible as my second son was also prem. She always makes me feel calm and relaxed, and has a great rapport with my children. We then went on to book yearly photos as a family. Following covid 2020, she did a school photo session. I am so relieved I booked these as the quality and value for money was exceptional. I love that I have to option to buy the copyright, making excellent presents. Vicky is always flexible to take into consideration school and family commitments and the quality of shots is always varied style but with 100% quality. There is no hard sell either, it’s totally my choice what package I buy. I will always choose to use Vicky.

Being a first time mum I was super nervous about someone I didn’t know holding my baby to get the positions needed for the photos. Victoria is an absolute natural and made me feel so comfortable as soon as we walked into the studio, she really put my nerves at bay and took complete control whilst chatting with me the whole time. I will continue to use Victoria for all of our family Photoshoot’s, she is an absolute star!
