Good response from Matt, I am an ex telecoms engineer who has received and ignored these calls. I understand and support his response, so my 5 stars is for his answers and hope it offsets the unfair low rating Citrus has received.I have no affiliation with Citrus.

Although the company are accused of scamming I believe their responses explaining how their numbers have been hijacked. Such a shame. I bought goods from a scam company and they falsely gave a citrus number.

We have used these guys since around 2016, Matt and his team are very knowledgeable. Matt is honest which is not usual in the telecommunications industry he is also highly knowledgeable. I called him recently about advice concerning a personal matter, he was kind enough to take time out of his busy schedule to call me and discuss the assistance i sought. I would highly recommend Citrus and Matt and his team to anyone seeking telecommunications services.

Balancing out the reviews claiming Citrus are scammers. People need to learn that false number presentation is a real thing and nothing Google or Citrus can (or even should) do about it.

Have edited my review as I have since had a reply. Unfortunately this company has been the victim of a scam as some of us have been. The calls I was receiving weren't from them, it was someone trying to get my empire of dirt.Keep getting at least 2 missed calls a day from people claiming to be from this company.

I have been receiving nonstop calls this AM from marketers who are using a phone number registered to Citrus Telecom Ltd. Likely they have insufficient identity verification processes for the people to whom they lease numbers.

Avoid!!!!!!!Scammer! Avoid answering, they call you from a mobile number and if you answer they charge you. Not legit, avoid at all costs!!!
