Discovered this company purely by chance when my previous laptop repair people couldn’t help. Local to me, I dropped my machine round ten minutes after I had spoken to Alfred. This was about 10am. My machine was repaired, with a new part, and I collected it at just after 6pm. Absolutely wonderful service, and the cost was unbelievable. Many thanks, Alfred. You will have my recommendation to anyone who asks.

Alfred Radu has looked after my laptops for several years now. He responds quickly to a problem and always solves any issues. His advice when I needed to replace an old laptop was invaluable and he set the new one up for me. His charges are very reasonable. He is very pleasant and I appreciate his patience with someone like me who is not tech savvy. I highly recommend him.

Alfred sorted my laptop out which had BIOS issues on startup after a recent update. He sorted it out in a few hours and all for a very reasonable fee.I have no qualms in recommending him to you to use.

Discovered through Google search and I am happy I went for this company. Alfred is great, professional and very polite.Sorted my GFs computer within couple of hours. Called when he finished his diagnostic and advised on what needs doing and how much it’s going to cost before continuing with work.

When I encountered problems with my laptop I was worried it was beyond repair and I would have no choice except to buy a replacement and lose all my data in the process. However, I spoke to Alfred at 24Hours IT and he explained what could be done which was very reassuring. He was able to visit me the next day at my home and was able to fix the laptop there and then with no loss of my data. It was a very reasonable price and Alfred was very knowledgeable and polite. I would definitely recommend 24Hours IT - they really came though for me. Thanks!
